Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health histories, challenges, and support systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapies that address unique client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and interventions, collaborating with clients to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Facilitate or co-facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community support and provide valuable coping strategies.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure the delivery of holistic, coordinated care for clients.

• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments, creating safety plans as necessary to support clients during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, and includes the potential for a sign-on bonus.
