Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose when appropriate, and evaluate patients' mental health status through standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the cultural diversity and individual needs of each patient or family, ensuring the highest standards of mental health support.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to anticipate expected outcomes, regularly updating treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, while adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

• Work closely with patients to promote active participation in their own treatment plans, setting achievable goals and anticipatory measures for safety and symptom management.

• Coordinate referral options effectively, acting as a vital link between patients and additional treatment resources in the community.

• Offer mentorship and education to students, interns, and volunteers within the clinic, fostering a collaborative environment focused on shared learning and development.

• Engage in peer review and clinical collaboration under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, contributing to overall team development and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
