Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy when delivering counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and successful treatment outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they are supported promptly and effectively.

• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources in their communities to empower them on their healing journeys.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development sessions to enhance personal and team efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations facing a wide array of mental health challenges, from youth to older adults. Your role as a therapist will involve developing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, created in a remote setting, which allows for specialized interventions tailored to each individual’s life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, therapy modalities, and treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective, client-centric treatment plans.

• Proven experience in both individual and group therapy settings, working with a variety of demographics and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
