Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and existing resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans outlining client-specific goals, interventions, and progress evaluations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-coordinated, team-based approach to care.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to safeguard clients' well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that promote skills development in managing emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
