Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, using structured tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement tailored service plans in partnership with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and aspirations for mental wellness.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and access to varied resources while addressing vital social justice issues affecting their lives.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and external community organizations to enhance support services and address systemic barriers.

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs aimed at community outreach, while assisting with grant reporting and organization-wide initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve students in the school setting, many of whom may face challenges related to socio-economic factors, trauma, and mental health concerns. Your role will involve working with children and adolescents, as well as their families, to provide the necessary support and resources that foster resilience and academic success. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

Compensation and Benefits\n
