Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services to clients, both in-person and virtually, using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Provide top-notch customer service while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive well-rounded care and support.
\n
• Prepare and submit thorough documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols, including initial assessments and ongoing treatment plans.
\n
• Complete a minimum of 25 direct client visits weekly, promoting a balanced workload and effective client engagement.
\n
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other professionals to facilitate holistic support and communicate client progress.
\n
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills, share insights, and contribute to a culture of continuous growth.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to foster relationships that expand our presence and influence within the local community.
\n
• Meet requests and communications from the Clinical Director in a timely and professional manner.
\n
• Support a collaborative team culture while exercising autonomy and promoting personal determination in your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals and families facing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health challenges. Your understanding of various cultural backgrounds and life experiences will be critical in delivering tailored interventions and fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
\n
• Must hold an active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Demonstrated ability in timely documentation of clinical services, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey assessments and treatment outcomes.

• Capacity to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
