This position is fully remote, allowing our LCSWs to work effectively from the comfort of their homes while maintaining high levels of professionalism and productivity. We prioritize work-life balance and provide flexible scheduling options within our operating hours of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy to individuals managing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, demonstrating effective de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Assist clients in navigating and accessing community resources to foster ongoing support, including group therapy, support groups, and rehabilitation services.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation using electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with families, healthcare teams, and community organizations to develop holistic treatment approaches tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing mental health challenges coupled with substance use issues in a detoxification setting. Understanding the nuanced needs of this patient population will be key to providing effective therapeutic interventions and support. Your ability to build trusting relationships and understand the complexities of addiction recovery will greatly enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, particularly in mental health or substance use treatment.
