Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Offering therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.

• Documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring timely and effective communication with treatment teams.

• Working collaboratively with school staff, including educators and administrators, to create a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to student learning and well-being.

• Attending regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and enhance service delivery.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and families on mental health issues and local community resources available for additional assistance.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with children, adolescents, and their families, navigating a range of challenges including emotional disturbances, family dynamics, and psychosocial school issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
