Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and child therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Serve as a resource for clients, connecting them with essential local services, such as housing, job support, and educational programs.
\n
• Perform case management duties, which include managing treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with community resources.

• Provide clinical support to fellow team members when necessary, facilitating a cooperative clinical environment.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with both clients and organizational departments, including the Utilization Review and Business Departments regarding authorizations and billing.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable facility and licensing standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices in all interactions.

You will be working primarily with a diverse clientele consisting of children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload management.
