Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to conduct both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct regular wellness checks to monitor clients’ mental health statuses and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Adhere to all applicable regulatory standards and facility protocols, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Act as a vital liaison between clients and other healthcare professionals, coordinating care and providing additional clinical support during team member absences.

• Collaborate with the Utilization Review and Business Departments to facilitate authorizations and payment processes for services rendered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload handled.
