Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, providing tailored therapeutic interventions both in-office and within the community.

• Contribute to team efforts by participating actively in team meetings, case discussions, and collaborative care planning.

• Manage a varied caseload involving individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that services align with client goals and presenting issues.

• Complete all documentation and reporting in a timely manner, contributing to the organization’s data collection and quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in on-call rotations as assigned to provide ongoing support to clients outside of regular hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
