Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure all client documentation complies with agency and licensing standards, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to assess client progress and contribute to the development of effective treatment plans.

• Assist with program development and training initiatives to improve service delivery and therapeutic interventions.

• Communicate proactively with clients and referral sources to promote continuity of care and facilitate client transitions.
