Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' histories, current challenges, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on cultivating emotional resilience, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering a sense of community among clients.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community advocates, to ensure comprehensive treatment pathways.

• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques, and making appropriate referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
