Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to establish individualized treatment plans that consider their unique needs, personal goals, and cultural influences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions inspired by approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couples, family, and group modalities.

• Conduct crisis intervention services to support patients in acute distress, ensuring immediate and effective responses to their mental health needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their family members about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge and coping strategies vital for effective management.

• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure coordinated and cohesive patient care.

• Perform outcome assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness, making timely adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Keep abreast of the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating these insights into your clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
