Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to enhance children’s development across emotional, cognitive, and social dimensions.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Provide family-centered support through coaching and guidance, equipping parents with skills to foster their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding family and child services.
\n
• Establish meaningful rapport with children, families, and colleagues, contributing to a nurturing and effective learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend strategies that align with each child’s and family’s priorities.
\n
• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, adjusting service frequency based on child development progress and family concerns.
\n
• Employ a coaching model to deliver interventions effectively within the child’s natural environment.
\n
• Uphold all health and safety standards to safeguard both staff and the individuals we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will support families navigating through early intervention services that enhance their children’s physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. Through collaborative efforts, you will ensure each child receives tailored support, ultimately fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is necessary for travel as needed.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
