Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients coping with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to clients in distress.

• Carry a manageable caseload, conducting individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the client's needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care planning, linking clients with appropriate services and resources.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform brief screenings and assessments, as well as to develop treatment strategies.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with organizational protocols to ensure optimal care and compliance.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to program development and best practices for client care.

• Ensure on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, providing support as needed to clients and staff.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
