Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools as appropriate.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of our clients, fostering therapeutic relationships that promote growth and healing.

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention services to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Regularly participate in professional development training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about industry best practices.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards within clinical practice, ensuring confidentiality and respect for clients at all times.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including referrals for long-term care when indicated, particularly focusing on managing severe cases of substance use and mental health issues.

• Engage in both in-person and remote consultations, adapting methods and techniques to suit the client's circumstances and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population comprising individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use, including adolescents and young adults. Our clients often present with complex psychosocial issues, requiring sensitive and individualized care strategies to address both their immediate and ongoing mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work (MSW) and a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification. Consideration will also be given to applicants with a fully licensed LMHC.

• A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience, specifically in case management or direct therapeutic practice.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, particularly adolescents or college-aged individuals managing treatment related to substance use disorders.
