Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the needs of patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that patients receive timely support and care to navigate acute distress situations.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, aligned with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with tools and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
