Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and mental health diagnoses to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based guidelines.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that includes ongoing assessments, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes in compliance with company policies.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service, actively collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including case managers and healthcare providers, to enhance client care.
\n
• Utilize a creative approach in the development of therapeutic interventions, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain an average of 25 client-facing visits weekly, establishing strong therapeutic bonds and ensuring consistent engagement in care.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and learning from peers to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, creating synergies with local organizations to expand access to mental health resources.
\n
• Respond promptly and professionally to communications from the Clinical Director, contributing to the efficient operation of the program.
\n
• Foster a collaborative team environment, blending individual autonomy with shared objectives to support both client and organizational success.
\n
• Deliver direct clinical services (both in-person and virtual) utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmonia Persona, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from substance abuse issues, mental health disorders, and other related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Must possess an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Experience in assessing and addressing mental health needs, completing comprehensive documentation, including initial assessments and treatment plans.
\n
• Solid understanding of and competency in utilizing Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and an effective therapeutic relationship with clients.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Proven experience working with clients from varied backgrounds and cultures.
