Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans informed by assessment findings, with specific goals and interventions aimed at promoting client progress.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies to ensure clarity and continuity of care.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups as part of our community outreach and engagement strategy.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, primarily comprising students and their families who seek support for a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on school-based services.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health treatment.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, enabling effective connections with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
