Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging with students and families in a school-based setting. Your schedule will predominantly be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to meet client needs. As we prioritize continuity of care, adaptability in scheduling is essential, including on-call availability for urgent situations that may arise after hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of students, incorporating emotional, mental, and social factors.

• Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with students and their families, ensuring that goals align with their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Provide counseling services and emotional support, assisting students and families in effectively navigating transitional challenges such as changes in family dynamics, academic pressures, and social relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
