Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about students' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, aligning therapeutic goals with interventions tailored to support their growth.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and educational professionals, to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for clients.

• Engage in crisis interventions when necessary, providing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting community building among students facing similar challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are complete and reflect the quality of care provided.

This role primarily serves students of varying ages who seek mental health support, including those experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
