Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and establishing comprehensive treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Providing a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to client preferences.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation that reflects treatment progress and complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including school psychologists and educational staff, to coordinate care that addresses both academic and mental health barriers.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community.
