Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct age-appropriate and culturally sensitive comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to address mental health, substance use, and medical needs within the primary care setting.

• Deliver behavioral health services to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, encompassing counseling, intake evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis interventions.

• Document all services provided electronically, including mental health evaluations and progress notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, incorporating insights from educators, healthcare professionals, and community agencies to create integrated treatment plans.

• Review and escalate client needs effectively to relevant providers when additional support or interventions are required, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive care.

• Engage in continuous communication and coordination with local resources, assisting with referrals for additional services, medication programs, and social work supports.

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and data collection processes, contributing to the overall improvement of client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
