Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional clinical behavioral health services by conducting comprehensive assessments and designing individualized treatment plans that align with the needs of students and their families.

• Assist mental health consumers in navigating the complex healthcare landscape to facilitate integrated care, ensuring seamless access to both physical and behavioral health resources.

• Develop and deliver educational workshops and informational sessions for students and families about available resources and services to promote disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.

• Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss and evaluate student progress and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Ensure the timely reporting of crises and unusual incidents directly to the Medical Director and immediate reporting of psychiatric emergencies to the Chief Medical Officer.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient encounters in their clinical records, adhering to best practices for record-keeping and confidentiality.
\n
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in training sessions and adhering to the established policies and medical best practices.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate and address the healthcare needs of individuals, submitting findings accurately.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the Center of Excellence Team to provide dedicated support for patients affected by Opioid Use Disorder, designing tailored intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, coupled with current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
