Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work-from-home arrangements while focusing on school-based mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through interviews, observations, and comprehensive reviews of medical records to evaluate emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting students' recovery and academic performance.

• Provide individual and family counseling, addressing adjustment issues, emotional well-being, and coping strategies to enhance student resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate the psychosocial needs of each student.

• Assist students and their families in accessing essential community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation, and housing assistance.
\n
• Devise educational materials and programs for students and families regarding community resources, post-rehabilitation services, and ongoing mental health support.
\n
• Actively participate in discharge planning and facilitate transitions for students moving back into the community or educational environment post-therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with students, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
