Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with educational staff and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that promote academic and social success.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support students in acute distress.

• Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups within school settings to foster stronger mental health awareness and resilience among students.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage actively with the treatment team through regular case discussions to enhance the quality of care and ensure a holistic approach to each client's needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
