Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health status, identifying strengths and needs that impact their educational experience.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), that address specific student challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, engaging with teachers and school staff to promote a holistic support network for students.

• Educate students and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to foster understanding and compliance.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using structured evidence-based modalities tailored to the school environment.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals and objectives, aligning with students' educational needs and personal aspirations.

• Advocate for students, guiding them and their families through the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are recognized and met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Experity Care Consultants, you will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program.
