Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaboratively setting measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, such as social skills training and support groups, to foster connection and shared experiences among participants.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment, taking proactive steps to ensure client safety and wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring all client interactions and progress are recorded effectively.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Soul Escape, you will primarily serve students and their families within the school setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus.
