Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique work environment that blends remote capabilities with a school-based framework. Employees have the flexibility of a full-time schedule with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, allowing for optimal work-life balance. Our operational hours are conveniently set from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. To support our dedicated staff, we have put in place robust tools and resources, including telehealth platforms that allow for seamless service delivery, minimizing disruption while maximizing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of an LCSW at our center encompass a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Providing psychotherapeutic services, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conducting comprehensive interviews with clients to gather vital social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, allowing for a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Evaluating a variety of emotional and psychological issues, while developing treatment plans that align with each client’s goals.
\n
• Coordinating social and emotional programs that directly address the needs of students, families, and the broader school community.
\n
• Managing cases effectively while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary and facilitating referrals to community resources to support continual care.

• Engaging in continuous evaluation of treatment efficacy and iteratively adjusting methodologies to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborating with educators and school staff to create a supportive environment for students facing mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children, adolescents, and families within the school environment. The diverse patient demographic includes those experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavior issues, learning disabilities, and familial or social stressors. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n
