As a remote role, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while still contributing meaningfully to our team's objectives. We are open to accommodating various schedule preferences, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, you will:

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy or counseling tailored to each client’s needs.

• Interview clients to collect and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment.
\n
• Evaluate and treat a variety of mental health issues within your licensed scope of practice, ensuring compassionate and effective care.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs and therapeutic activities that cater to clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate interventions for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health concerns, including short-term crisis resolution and community resource referrals.
\n
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, fostering a sense of mutual respect and trust.
\n
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment, adapting strategies as needed based on client progress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client findings and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

• Keep an updated caseload and accurately reflect services provided in client records.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
