Work Environment\n

This position is a fully remote role, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and we offer the option of 4x10 or 5x8 schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy or counseling tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to collect and assess essential social, personal, environmental, and health information that influences client care.
\n
• Evaluate client problems and develop effective treatment plans within your designated scope of practice.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health challenges, including crisis resolution and community resource referrals.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships built on mutual respect and trust.
\n
• Record and document client observations and treatment notes following established protocols to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Manage your caseload effectively, ensuring that documentation reflects the services provided and client progress.
\n
• Adapt to additional duties as necessary to meet organizational needs and enhance client care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports clients experiencing behavioral mental health issues, including depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and challenges related to family dynamics and grief. The successful LCSW will be dedicated to helping clients in a detox center environment, navigating their recovery journeys with empathy and tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who bring a minimum of four years of experience in social work or a related field, particularly those with a background in behavioral mental health counseling. Experience addressing complex mental health issues such as substance abuse, trauma, and relationship challenges is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
