Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as an integral member of the clinical team, delivering direct mental health services to clients showing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and facilitate brief interventions designed to promote recovery and engagement.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Maintain robust communication with fellow team members, participating actively in team meetings and case reviews to foster a collaborative treatment atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
