Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and identify each client's social, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client preferences and needs.

• Develop and implement customized service plans that align with clients’ goals and objectives, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Engage in program development initiatives, evaluation processes, and grant reporting to enhance organizational capacity and service delivery.

• Collaborate with community partners and utilize available resources to enhance support offerings for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will provide support to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and marginalized groups facing emotional and psychological challenges. Your work will primarily focus on therapeutic interventions and advocacy for those dealing with trauma, mental health issues, and socio-economic hardships. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
