Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, performing necessary interventions to support their mental health journey.

• Document clinical notes and progress reports in accordance with departmental policies and best practices in electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Provide individual and group counseling, and effective crisis intervention for clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each case.

• Consult and partner with families and support systems to foster a supportive environment for clients during treatment and in their transition out of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting children and adolescents within a school setting. You will address diverse mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and social skills development. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
