Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage and schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized and accessible calendar.

• Collaborate with our billing specialists to facilitate seamless insurance claims processing, eligibility checks, and payment planning for clients.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices, contributing to the collective expertise of the clinic.

Your primary focus in this role will be working with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families.
