Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through both telehealth services and on-site school visits as needed.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to identify students' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients while providing brief, focused intervention and recovery services.

• Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement integrated care strategies, ensuring comprehensive support for students' mental health and educational goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping students to build coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Act as a liaison between students, families, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Marina Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
