Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual and group therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored specifically for school-aged populations.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the school staff, parents, and students.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that foster a supportive community among students.

• Provide crisis intervention services and develop safety plans when students are at risk or in distress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, educators, and parents to ensure comprehensive care for students.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Assist in developing school-wide mental health initiatives to promote psychological awareness and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on serving elementary and secondary school students who are facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations, adapting your approaches to meet the cultural and individual needs of each child. Your expertise will be vital in helping students manage stress, develop coping skills, and achieve academic success while dealing with personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with young clients or in school environments.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with children and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive and falls between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
