Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each student's unique requirements.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers and school administrators, to provide holistic care and facilitate student progress.

• Participating in case reviews and group consultations to elevate the quality of client care and share insights with colleagues.

• Educating students and their families on mental health strategies, available resources, and pathways to treatment.

• Staying informed on the latest research and evolving methodologies in the mental health field to continually enhance practitioner effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students experiencing a wide array of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, among others. Your expertise will help facilitate their academic success and emotional resilience, ultimately making a significant impact on their overall development.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in school settings or with a focus on youth mental health care.

• Proven knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications outlined are essential, experience working in an educational environment or with school-aged children is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n
