Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective and personalized interventions for diverse patient scenarios.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress with precision, adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.

• Educate and empower students and their families by providing resources and support on mental health issues, strategies for coping, and pathways to available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students in a school setting, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and trauma-related concerns. By fostering a supportive relationship with your clients, you will help them navigate their unique challenges and promote resilience in their educational journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your academic foundation in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
