Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Implement evidenced-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their emotions and behaviors effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that confidentiality and continuity of care are upheld.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, mental health professionals, and school staff to create a comprehensive support system for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role consists of school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Recognizing the valuable contributions of our clinicians, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000.
