Substance Use Counselor

Seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, assessments, referrals, and treatment planning for adults in a new residential program. Responsibilities include case management, coordinating community support services, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. The role requires a valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential and an associate's degree in a related field; a bachelor's is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles, with experience working with justice-involved populations being a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
