Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct thorough and timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning, all in alignment with clinic policies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive aftercare plans with clients to ensure successful transitions following their time in therapy.

• Engage in ongoing communication with families, external clinicians, and referring parties to maintain continuity of care.

• Ensure that all documentation deadlines are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology , or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality standards in all client interactions.

• Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication skills , essential for effective client advocacy and documentation.
