Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with assigned clients through virtual platforms, providing assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Support quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees and contributing ideas to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Monitor admission, ongoing treatment, and discharge procedures to ensure that all clients meet their treatment goals.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to provide emergency assistance.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, many of whom belong to under-served demographics. Qualifications\n

• Current LCSW license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
