Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients entering the detox program to determine individual treatment needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to support each client's recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care effectiveness.

• Provide educational support and resources to families, empowering them to enhance their loved ones’ development and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to meet client needs and coordinate services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Detox Center serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on adults struggling with substance use disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
