Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess patients’ mental health statuses by conducting thorough evaluations to inform accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each client interaction, including progress notes, treatment updates, and case reviews, in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients seeking detoxification and substance use recovery support. Our patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care that respects and honors the unique histories and challenges each client faces.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document services accurately and timely.

• Experience using Office 365 and electronic health record systems to manage documentation and communication effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
