Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to better understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and obstacles, enabling informed treatment planning.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities to meet clients' diverse needs, including trauma-informed care strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to facilitate recovery.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing progress evaluations.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration by participating in treatment team meetings and coordinating care across disciplines for continuity in patient support.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including safety planning and risk assessments to mitigate harm and provide urgent support when needed.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and rights, connecting them with appropriate community resources and services to enhance their support network.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and available resources to combat stigma.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
