Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Healthy Mind and Soul Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering telehealth and in-person behavioral health services for individuals and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Documenting all clinical interactions and client progress promptly and accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management systems.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and holistic care for clients.
\n
• Staying informed about new research and methodologies in social work to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes individuals undergoing detox and those requiring psychological support in substance use recovery. We focus on providing trauma-informed care that acknowledges the complexities of addiction and mental health struggles. As a social worker in our facility, you will be instrumental in developing strong therapeutic relationships with clients, aiding them through their journeys to recovery, and helping to restore emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW in the State of California or an equivalent licensure.

• Proven clinical skills and familiarity with DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing a caseload, with the ability to maintain up-to-date scheduling and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
