Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems, leading to the development of effective treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that detail specific goals and therapeutic interventions aimed at facilitating measurable client progress.

• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Perform crisis interventions and risk assessments, creating safety plans to manage immediate emotional crises and ensure clients' well-being.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
