Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients who exhibit symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing hands-on therapy both in-person and remotely.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans while ensuring seamless communication between clients, their families, and other service providers.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments and screenings, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of clients’ mental health status and progress.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges faced by each client.

• Participate in crisis intervention initiatives as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and specialists, to advance client care goals.

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care strategies based on thorough evaluations and feedback from clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation regarding client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
